myHealthPointe (mHP) has privacy and security safeguards in place to protect your information. Although mHP uses safeguards, there are other safety tips you should follow when accessing mHP. Always remember to protect your username and password and do not save your password on any computer/mobile device to protect yourself from potential unauthorized access to your mental health information on mHP.
You will need to contact us to sign up. You can do this in person by asking the front desk or your provider, or you can call us at 417-761-5000. You will need an active email address to sign up. Once you are signed up, you will receive an email with a PIN (personal identification number). Once you have your PIN, you will need access to a computer or compatible mobile phone device with internet access. Once logged in, you should see the home dashboard. From the dashboard view, navigate to the “Click Here to Request Medical Records”, and the live link will direct you to Release of Information Request page. Here, you can request medical records.
